By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Mood Food Mama Membership Terms

The following terms apply specifically to subscribers of the Mood Food Mama Membership ("the Membership"), in addition to all sections above.

9.1 About the Membership

Mood Food Mama is a monthly subscription membership offered through NEST with Natalie (operated by Mindfully Healthy Living). The Membership provides access to digital content including videos, audio recordings, written materials, printable resources, meal plans, and community features.

9.2 Free Trial

New members are eligible for a 30-day free trial. By starting your free trial, you agree to the following:

- Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the 30-day free trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

- The recurring subscription fee is $7 USD per month or $65 USD per year, depending on the plan you select. Prices may change with notice to active members.

- You may cancel your free trial at any time during the 30 days at no charge.

- Only one free trial is permitted per person.

9.3 Recurring Billing

By subscribing to Mood Food Mama, you authorize NEST with Natalie / Mindfully Healthy Living and its payment processor (Stripe via Teachable) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will not receive a reminder before each renewal. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method on file.

9.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your Mood Food Mama Membership at any time through your Teachable account or by emailing [your support email]. Upon cancellation, your access to Membership content continues until the end of your current billing period. After your access period ends, you will lose access to all streaming content. You will retain any materials you downloaded while you were an active member (such as the Food-Mood Tracker and select printables), subject to the License terms in Section 2 above and Section 9.6 below. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

9.5 Refund Policy

Mood Food Mama operates on a 30-day free trial, no-refund model. The 30-day free trial is your opportunity to evaluate the Membership at zero cost. You may cancel at any time during the trial and will not be charged. After the free trial ends, all subscription payments are non-refundable. If you intended to cancel before the trial ended but were charged, you may request a refund of that first charge within 7 days by emailing [your support email]. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 30-day free trial period. This policy supersedes any default refund policy and is agreed to by the customer at the time of purchase.

9.6 Membership Content License

The license terms in Section 2 above apply to all Membership content. Additionally:

- Certain materials within the Membership are intentionally downloadable for your personal use (such as the Food-Mood Tracker and select printables). These remain yours to use personally even after cancellation, subject to all license restrictions.

- All other content is streaming-only and access ends with your subscription.

- You may not share login credentials, redistribute downloaded materials to non-members, or record/screen-capture streaming content. Violation may result in immediate termination of your Membership without refund.

9.7 Changes to the Membership

NEST with Natalie reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content from the Membership at any time; adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing members; add or remove features and benefits; and discontinue the Membership entirely, in which case active members will receive a prorated refund of any unused portion of their billing period.

9.8 Health and Wellness

The Membership includes content related to nutrition, food, family wellness, breathwork, hypnotherapy techniques, and emotional regulation tools. This content is for educational purposes only and is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. 9.9 Children and Minors

Content within Mood Food Mama, including bedtime stories and kid scripts, is designed for parents to use with their children. Parents are responsible for determining the appropriateness of any content for their specific child. Children should not access the Membership directly — all use should be supervised and led by the subscribing parent.

9.10 Community Conduct

If access to a community space is provided as part of your Membership, you agree to treat other members with kindness and respect, not share medical advice or diagnoses, not promote unrelated products or services, not share or screenshot other members' personal stories outside the group, and comply with all community guidelines posted by Natalie or her moderators. Violation may result in removal from the community space and/or termination of your Membership without refund.

9.11 Termination of NEST with Natalie by Mindfully Healthy Living, Inc.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Membership at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, abusive conduct toward Natalie, staff, or other members, fraudulent payment activity, or sharing of login credentials or content.

10. Build a Clean Eating Lifestyle Your Family Can Stick With — Course Terms

The following terms apply specifically to purchasers of the Build a Clean Eating Lifestyle Your Family Can Stick With course ("the Course"), in addition to all sections above.

10.1 About the Course

Build a Clean Eating Lifestyle Your Family Can Stick With is a self-paced digital course offered through NEST with Natalie (operated by Mindfully Healthy Living). The Course provides access to video lessons, audio content, printable resources, and educational materials using the NEST Framework.

10.2 Pricing and Payment

The Course is offered as a one-time purchase. Pricing options include: - Full Access — One Time Investment: $295 USD (one-time payment) - Payment Plan: 3 payments of $110 USD, billed monthly By purchasing through a payment plan, you authorize NEST with Natalie / Mindfully Healthy Living and its payment processor (Stripe via Teachable) to charge your payment method automatically for the agreed installments. Failure to complete payment plan installments may result in suspension of Course access until payment is brought current.

10.3 Course Access

Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the current version of the Course, subject to the platform remaining available. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Course on the platform, not your personal lifetime. NEST with Natalie reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Course; in the event of discontinuation, students will be given reasonable notice and access to download any then-available materials.

10.4 Refund Policy

All Course sales are final. Due to the immediate access provided to all Course materials upon purchase, refunds are not offered for the Course. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to the full purchase price (or full payment plan amount, if applicable). Limited exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine technical issues that prevent Course access and cannot be resolved by our team. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to natalie@mindfullyhealthyliving.com.

10.5 Course Content License

The license terms in Section 2 above apply to all Course content. Additionally, you may not share your login credentials, redistribute Course materials, or use Course content to teach or coach others without express written permission from Natalie. 10.7 Termination by NEST with Natalie

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Course access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, abusive conduct toward Natalie or staff, fraudulent payment activity, or sharing of login credentials or content. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
