We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School, purchase any product or course, subscribe to any membership (including the Mood Food Mama Membership), sign up for a free trial, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, or engage with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our School.

Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities, including purchasing courses or subscribing to memberships. These emails are essential to your use of the School and cannot be unsubscribed from while you have an active account or subscription.

- To send product-related communications

We use Student email addresses to send information related to any course, membership, or other product you have purchased or subscribed to, such as new content notifications, Live Q&A reminders, and product updates. You may opt out of non-essential product communications at any time. - To send periodic newsletters and marketing emails

With your consent, we may send Students newsletters, promotional offers, and updates about new courses, memberships, or content.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email.

Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Student inquiries, questions, or other requests.

- To enforce our Terms of Use and protect against fraudulent activity

We may review account and usage information to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security issues, abuse of our content, or violations of our Terms of Use.

We use trusted third-party services to operate the School.

- Stripe:

Our payment processor for all purchases and subscriptions. Stripe handles your payment card data directly; we do not store full card details on our servers. See https://stripe.com/privacy for their privacy policy.

- Email service provider

We use an email service provider to send transactional, product-related, and marketing emails to Students. Information shared with this provider is limited to what is necessary to send these communications. We do not sell, trade, or rent students' personal identification information to others. We share information with third-party services only as necessary to operate the School and provide our services to you.

Data retention:

We retain students' personal identification information for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations.

- Active Students and Members

We retain your information while you have an active account, are enrolled in any course, or are a paying member of any subscription product offered through the School.

- After cancellation or completion

If you cancel a subscription or no longer access a course, your account and history are retained on the platform so you can rejoin or revisit in the future without losing your records.

Your payment method is removed from active use upon cancellation.

- Transaction and tax records

Records of payments, refunds, and subscription activity are retained for at least 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes, as required by applicable law.

By enrolling in the School, purchasing a course, or subscribing to any membership offered through the School, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
