This Disclaimer applies to NEST with Natalie (the "School") and all products and services offered through it, including but not limited to all current and future courses, memberships (including the Mood Food Mama Membership), coaching programs, downloadable resources, audios, videos, written materials, community spaces, and any other offerings (collectively, the "Program").

The School is owned and operated by Mindfully Healthy Living Inc. (the "Company") and was created by Natalie Perry.

For purposes of this Disclaimer, the "Program" includes, without limitation, all current and future materials associated with the School, including but not limited to video lessons, audio recordings, hypnotherapy or guided visualization recordings, breathwork and EFT/tapping content, bedtime stories, meal plans, recipes, shopping guides, brand recommendations, written materials, worksheets, downloadable resources, emails, bonus content, live or recorded sessions, community discussions, updates, additions, modifications, and any related content delivered through Teachable or any other platform.

All content within the Program is provided by the Company and Natalie Perry for educational and informational purposes only.

Informational and Educational Purposes

Only The Program is intended to provide general education and information related to nutrition, habits, lifestyle practices, family wellness, nervous system support, and mindset.

The Program is not individualized advice. You understand that the Company and Natalie Perry are not providing personalized medical nutrition therapy, medical treatment, mental health treatment, dietetic services, or clinical services through this Program.

No Medical or Mental Health Advice The information provided in this Program is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease or condition. Although Natalie Perry is a certified holistic nutrition specialist, hypnotherapist, and life coach, she is not acting as your physician, licensed medical provider, registered dietitian, psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional within this Program. Any nutrition-related information provided is general educational information and may not be appropriate for your specific circumstances or those of your family members. Meal plans, recipes, shopping guides, brand recommendations, food-mood trackers, and related content are educational tools, not personalized dietary prescriptions. Individual responses to foods, ingredients, supplements, and lifestyle changes vary. You are responsible for assessing what is appropriate for you and your family, including allergy awareness, ingredient sensitivities, religious or cultural dietary requirements, and medical considerations. - Reviewing all content before sharing it with a child

- Considering your child's medical, psychological, developmental, neurological, and emotional needs

Children should not access the Program directly. All use should be supervised and led by the subscribing parent or guardian.

Content for children is not a substitute for pediatric medical care, child psychology services, behavioral therapy, occupational therapy, or any other professional intervention. If your child has a diagnosed condition (including but not limited to ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, sensory processing differences, or any medical condition), please consult their healthcare team before introducing new dietary, behavioral, or wellness practices.

By participating in this Program, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to implement any recommendations and accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results — including any decisions you make on behalf of your children or family members.

No Guarantees

While the Program is designed to support healthy habits, informed decision-making, calmer family rhythms, and improved well-being, the Company makes no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes, behavioral changes (in yourself or your children), symptom improvement, weight changes, mental health improvements, or any other results. Individual outcomes depend on many factors, including health history, consistency, personal implementation, individual physiology, environmental factors, and circumstances beyond our control. Any testimonials or examples shared within the Program reflect the experiences of individual participants and are not a guarantee of similar results.

Community Content Disclaimer

If the Program includes a community space (whether on Teachable, Facebook, or any other platform), information shared by other members in those spaces is not vetted, verified, or endorsed by Mindfully Healthy Living Inc. or Natalie Perry. Member comments and shared experiences are not professional advice. Use your own judgment when considering any information shared by other members.

Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that you assume all risks associated with implementing any information provided in the Program, including risks to yourself and to anyone with whom you share or implement the information (including children and family members). Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindfully Healthy Living Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and Natalie Perry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation in or use of the Program, including any decisions you make on behalf of your children, family members, or any other person.

By participating in the Program, you agree to release and hold harmless the Company and Natalie Perry from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the information provided.

This Disclaimer may be updated from time to time. The most recent version will always be available within the School.

Continued participation in the Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
